Norfolk Poll Book

Scope and Content

Poll book listing voters in Norfolk in the Parliamentary election of 1734. Entitled: Norfolk. Poll. Wm. Wodehouse Esq. 1734. Inserted at the front is a general letter, dated 18 March 1739/40, asking the favour of you to meet us at Norwich on the 16th of April next to consider of proper Measures for supporting the Interest of the Gentlemen who shall stand Candidates for, the County of Norfolk at the next General Election. Another hand has added the signatures E. Bacon and A. Wodhouse.
