This Circuit was formed in 1884 out of the larger Doncaster Wesleyan Circuit. t then comprised 26 Chapels and preaching places. With some reorganization of the churches within it, this Circuit survived until the merger of Circuits in 1974 to form the present Doncaster Circuit.
