Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
The Methodist Church established churches in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Porthmadog. The Methodist churches were grouped into circuits, with a superintendent minister and several circuits form a district. "Rockcliffe” was the minister's house in Porthmadog.
