Scope and Content

A volume of manuscript poetry by Mary Chadwick of Ludlow, Shropshire. On folio ii is written, Manuscript Poems. To Dr Chadwick, the author dedicates her rural and other Poems, a slight, but sincere tribute of maternal affection. Ludlow, Decr 31, 1827. On f. 11v is written, This Manuscript and the copyright are presented to my son Adam Chadwick, M.D., Mary Chadwick.
