Administrative / Biographical History

K.D Tocher and S. Michaelson developed one of the largest of the early British electromechanical relay computers (ICCE), at the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London. Other early relay computers were developed at the Atomic Energy Authority at Harwell.
