This document was first deposited with the British Records Association, where it received the BRA Number 489. It was then transferred to Berkshire Record Office and from there to Oxfordshire Archives in 1952, where it was made part of Accession Number 211 and placed on permanent loan.
It is not known whether BRA 489 contained any other items. Recatalogued in June 1994.
