Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
A site for the National School was acquired in 1841 and a school built. Another school was built on Bank Street in 1865 which was in use until a new school was built on Sedgefield Way in 1968. From 1933 it has been a Junior Mixed and Infants School
