The above deeds were purchased from Saunders bookshop, 104 High Street, Oxford in May 1982 and were assigned the accession number 2093.
The collection comprises a set of 15 deeds of a property in the High Street, Burford, later called the Midcot, covering the years 1689-1846. In deeds
7, 9 and 10 the adjoinging property called the Sun Inn also mentioned. The deeds were enclosed in an envelope addressed to the 'Midcot'.
