This infants school was built in 1867 in Marsh Gate near to St Andrews church. A plan showing the site of the proposed school is listed under reference P2/8/1. The school closed in 1930 with pupils transferring to Doncaster Parish Church Infants and Junior Schools (see SR14 and SR15).
