Circular letters and papers concerned with the events leading up to, during, and after the Aberdeen Conference of 1970 and the subsequent split. The papers give a good insight into the events which caused the split, as well as the state of mind of several of those connected to the events, such as Jim Taylor Jnr and Madeline Ker. They include first-hand accounts written by persons who were present, including Jim Taylor Jnr and J.A Gardiner, as well as a letter contradicting Taylor's version of events as given in another letter.
