From William Seward to his cousin [William Seward?]. He was grateful for his cousin’s kind letter of the 19th. His cousin should also tell Scipio [Africanus] that his letter was received and Seward was very grateful for the same. He would be grateful if his cousin could carry the above to Mr Martin’s and let him [William] know when they have received William's dividend.
