The first set of records was deposited in 1976 under the accession number 1292 and subsequently catalogued as Chinnor P.C. A further accession was received in 1986 and originally catalogued as part of MSS.D.D.Par.Chinnor. The remainder of the collection was deposited in 2015 as accession 6412.
The earlier collections were brought together and recatalogued by Hannah Jones in October 2003, the remainder were added to the catalogue by Mark Priddey & Timothy Xu in June 2022.
