CAVERSFIELD PARISH RECORDS

Scope and Content

Caversfield is situated 14 miles north east of Oxford. The parish was formerly in Buckinghamshire but became part of Oxfordshire in 1844.

The records were originally deposited in the Bodleian Library by Rev MC Scott-Joynt in 1976. Other records were deposited in 1979 and 1981. The material was then transferred to the Oxfordshire Record Office. Further records were deposited as Acc 1900 in May 1981 and Acc 2820 in November 1988.
