Administrative / Biographical History

David Jenkins was licensee of The Blossom Lodge, Pencader, Carmarthenshire, but moved to The Bee Hive Inn, Pencader, in about 1911 with his son, Dai Jones (fl. 1911-1977), and daughter. Dai Jones ran the Bee Hive Garage and Grey Hound Kennels and was also Master of the Clettwr Hunt. He married Katherine Mansel (d. 1975) and later moved to the Farmers' Arms, Pencader, remaining there until 1977.
