Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
This school was founded in 1877 by the Fenwick and Moss School Board(see SB9/1 and SD/2) and provided education to infant and junior pupils in Moss and Fenwick. After 1902 it became Fenwick and Moss Council School and after 1946 Fenwick and Moss County Primary. It closed in 1977 as the small number of pupils attending made it uneconomic to maintain.
