The Annual Reports detail the Society's functions and activities, and contains details about the journal, the role of the Society in local educational, lecture details, membership levels and obituaries, excursions and social outings, financial accounts and so on. Annual reports were presented to the membership at the AGM. The last annual report was issued in 2010, when the Society changed its status to a Charitable Trust. The 1954 report is missing.
