This collection of ledgers was deposited as a gift in September 1982 under the acc. no. 2057. They relate to Messrs. Forrest and son, fruiterers and wine merchants, of Turl Street, Oxford, which was owned by the Hedderly family. William, and later Herbert Robert, Hedderly also owned the tobacconist shop in Turl St, later the Oxford SportsDepot.
