Nature notebooks of Margaret and Nora Peacock, 1926-1929

As children, Margaret and Nora Peacock (b. c. 1914), lived at Misgrove, Overland Road, Mumbles. They attended the Parents National Education Union School in Mumbles. The Parents National Education Union was set up c. 1887 and followed Charlotte Mason’s philosophy on education. This philosophy encouraged the keeping of nature notebooks.
