Scope and Content

Folder of correspondence and associated documents between the Church and their solicitors, Cleaver Fulton Rankin Solicitors. Documents relate largely to the Church's Trustees, Trust Fund, and general financial assets. Folder includes: 

  • Lists of charitable organisations supported by Rea Memorial.
  • Lists of roll members.
  • Bank statements for Rea Memorial, including receipts and payments account summary, lists of gifts made, receipts and invoices.
  • Newspaper clippings.
  • Photocopy of Deed of Retirement and Appointment of New Trustees.
  • Correspondence between the Church and Mackenzie and Dorman Solicitors relating to the settling of an estate.
  • Memos and discussion documents circulated within the Church, including communication to roll members regarding the Church's financial assets.
