This group of papers consists of groups of documents for which there are few or no records, and which have been acquired gradually to complement the existing holdings. Thus there is additional correspondence from and to John Fielden MP concerning the corn laws and factory reform, much printed political material, and some later papers relating to the political career of Joshua Fielden and the memorial to John Fielden. There is also a little material appertaining to business matters and the firm.
