Letters from William Cobbett's sons to the Fielden brothers, especially John MP (whose daughter Mary married John Morgan in 1851) and his family. The connection between the Cobbetts and the Fieldens was personal as well as political, with John Fielden becoming something of a surrogate father after William Cobbett's death in 1835.
