Scope and Content

Transcript by W.A. Shaw of the minutes and related documents of the Dedham Classis of Norfolk and Essex, 3 December 1582 to 2 June 1589. With two letters from J.H. Gurney to W.A. Shaw, November 1892.

Location of Originals

The original minute book and documents were then in the possession of John Henry Gurney (1848-1922), of Keswick Hall, near Norwich, the son of John Henry Gurney (1819-1890). They are now held by the JRUL (ref.: GB 133 Eng MS 874 ).
