Includes:

  • (a). Note and autobiographical enclosures (Bob Arnold and John Bennett) from John Woodgate, following a meeting in July 1996.
  • (b). Correspondence with Olaf Chedzoy regarding an ICL tour of the West Gorton facilities in April 1998.
  • (c). A reunion for about 100 Ferranti people, organised by John Woodgate in the summer of 2000 at Phyllis Court Club, Henley-on-Thames.
  • (d). Letter from Hugh Ross, November 2000, seeking information on former Tin Hut programmers.
  • (e). Letters from Peter Holland to Joan and John Travis, dated 15th January and 30th August 2002, including several typed versions of a seating plan for a group photo of all Ferranti staff connected with the London Computer Laboratory in the period 1953 – 1956. About a hundred individuals are named, though the actual attendance and position of people in the final photo taken in Regents Park in the summer of 1956 varied from the formal plan.
