Three ross drawings of aneurysm at post mortem and one diagram showing it's position. Annotations on the back read "Mrs Patient's name 11.8.48 not fixed".

Aneurysm of left internal carotid at bifurcation compressing chiasma and causing death by rupture into 3rd ventricle.

Typed and attached at the bottom centre.
