Also included is reference to the request by Skirmunt that the Manchester Guardian employ a correspondent in Warsaw, which was declined, with the explanation that reporters are sent to Poland whenever required. There is discussion of arrangements for a meeting between Skirmunt and E.T. Scott.
There is an internal memorandum on a meeting between Hefan Litauer, who, as London editor of the Polish Telegraph Agency, has undertaken to supply the paper with information on important events in Poland, accompanied by a report of an election for the Upper Silesia diet from the Polish Telegraph Agency.
