Correspondence with John Morley, Viscount Morley of Blackburn (1838-1923), politician and writer, relating to the provision by Morley of the address at which he is staying in Blackburn to Scott, in case he should need to communicate with him. Also included is a request by Scott that Morley should speak in Manchester, with reference to a speech made by [Neville] Chamberlain, prime minister, and discussion of its content with reference to the Boer War.
