Copy letter to Felix Frankfurter (1882-1965), jurist, relating to a request by Scott that Frankfurter act as a correspondent for the Manchester Guardian, which is declined owing to lack of time on Frankfurter's part, as he is involved in the war labour activities of the American government Department of Labor. Also included is reference to Frankfurter's admiration for the Manchester Guardian.
