MRCS LRCP 1926.
Savage studied medicine at the University of Manchester and held junior appointments at Ancoats Hospital, Salford Royal Hospital and the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. He later settled in general practice in Fallowfield and was a member of Manchester Medical Society.
