MRCS LSA 1849.

Swanwick was born in Prestbury, Cheshire in 1825 and studied medicine at King's College. He was apprenticed to Dr Lallemand of Macclesfield in 1837, and from 1849 to 1851 was clerk of the physicians at MRI. He then settled in general practice in Winsford, Cheshire. Swanwick retired in 1865 due to a fall from a horse. Swanwick died on 14 July 1909.
