Henry Wilson was the son of Henry Wilson senior (see MMC/2/WilsonHy). He graduated in medicine from the University of Manchester in 1914. During the First World War he served in the RAMC and won the Military Cross. In peacetime, he worked firstly with his father in Cheadle and later as a GP in Gatley.
