MRCS LRCP 1916.
Steell, the son of Graham Steell (see above), studied medicine at Manchester and Oxford and was house physician in MRI. He served as a captain in the RAMC before settling in Derbyshire as a general practitioner. Steell was a member of Manchester Medical and Pathological Societies. Steell was later medical officer for the Ministry of Health in Newcastle and in London.
